We then work with both parties to come to an agreement to proceed. This includes the negotiation of price and terms of acquisition. Liaising with all parties concerned in the process through to completion.
After being in Subway for almost 15 years, having a solid group of high turnover stores and responsible for a team of 90 plus staff, I decided I wanted to sell my group of stores.
